Gillis Group is based from Port Hedland Western Australia, we cover all areas in the Pilbara and Kimberely including remote off road and 4×4 access only. If your really stuck we will go where no one else will.

What are your rates for emergency breakdown services?

For emergency breakdown services, additional charges and rates apply:

  • A minimum 2-hour call-out fee
  • 96 cents per kilometre for travel

These charges are designed to cover the cost of providing rapid and efficient emergency services, especially in remote areas.

How often should I have my vehicle serviced?

Regular servicing is essential to keep your vehicle running smoothly and to avoid costly repairs. We recommend servicing your vehicle every 10,000 to 15,000 kilometres or as specified in your vehicle’s owner manual. Our team can advise you on the best service schedule based on your driving habits and vehicle type.

How do you handle minesite compliance?

All our technicians meet minesite minimum requirements, ensuring that safety and regulatory standards are always upheld. Our vehicles are minesite compliant, including Roll Over Protection Systems (ROPS) certification. Gillis Group covers all site access requirements, and our technicians are inducted for various companies such as BHP, FMG, RTIO, Pilbara Minerals, MRL, and more, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
